ABOUT THE FOUNDER

During a revival at the age of ten, James experienced his first vision of the world divided in three equal sections.  He had been inspired by the testimonies and pictures of the local church missionaries, McCarthy and Lois Hayes who would come and show photos and progress of worked being done in the foreign field. They had been serving the Dei tribe in Bomi County, Liberia, West Africa since 1967.

Since that experience, James had longed to go to the foreign fields and minister in whatever capacity the Lord has anointed me with. I had never understood the vision; but he had never forgotten it.

While stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, he joined New Hope C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of Bishop Herman Clark Sr. While there, he was appointed President of Youth Action and would take the youth on Christian retreats. In 1987, he took a group of fourteen young men to the Bahamas and received a prophetic word from a stranger who stated that he would travel the world and speak to many.

In 2006 he joined Antioch C.O.G.I.C. in Peoria, Arizona founded by Pastor Jonathan E. Logan and Missionary Christine Logan. By 2008, Pastor Logan had invited home to the mission field of Uganda, East Africa! Now the seed (vision) that was planted in his heart had begun to take root and grow.

Since that time, he began to prepare himself for ministry and with the Pastor's vision, became a student with the International School of Ministry (ISOM). After graduating from ISOM, the Pastor Logan gave him his blessing for his first solo mission trip to minster at REALINDIA Church in Hyderabad, India. VISION4MISSIONS was born and became friends with Pastor Jayakumar Garnipudi and his congregation; confirming God's call on his life.
